FIXED TEMPORARY (PRELIMINARY) TARIFFS ON VAAP
ATTENTION TO ALL USERS!
1. UARA applies temporary (prior) tariffs for concluding agreements with users on the payment of remuneration for the use of copyright objects and (or) related rights in accordance with the rates established in the following resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine:
- Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated January 18, 2003 No. 71 "On Approval of the Amount, Procedure and Conditions for Compensation (royalties) for commercial use of phonograms, videograms, copies of them and their executed performances published for commercial purposes";
- Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 18, 2003 No. 72 "On Approval of Minimum Wage Rates (Royalty) for the Use of Copyright and Related Rights";
- Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated June 27, 2003 No. 992 "On the amount of deductions paid by producers and importers of equipment and material carriers, which can be used to reproduce works and performances recorded in phonograms and / or videograms at home" .
All the above-mentioned provisional (prior) tariffs will be valid until new tariffs are approved on the basis and in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Effective Collective Management of the Rights of Owners in the Sphere of Copyright and (or) Related Rights."
